A Day At The Beach

SEASHORE

The waves come crashing in.
Salty air, and sea shells.
Barefoot on the sand.

SEASHORE.

How MIGHTY you are.
 How GRAND.

Sand dollars, clam shells for my collection.
Warm sun on my face, relaxing within.

SEASHORE.

How MIGHTY you are.
How GRAND.

Scoop up a handful of sand.
God's thoughts more numerous than,
All the sand across the earth's span.

SEASHORE.

How MIGHTY you are.
 How GRAND.

You stretch across the earth,
To a far-away land.

SEASHORE.

How MIGHTY you are.
How GRAND!

poem by Nancy Craig ©
Psalm 139: 17-18

A group of sandpipers running back and forth
in the waves looking for food.

Sandpipers.

Beautiful scene.

Gorgeous.

How MIGHTY you are. How GRAND!

The Hotel Del Coronado.
This is the Hotel they used
in the movie "Some Like It Hot" with
Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis, and Jack Lemon!
I Love that movie!!!!!!

Today the weather was absolutely perfect. Blue skies and in the high 70's.  We drove over the Coronado Bridge onto the Island of Coronado. We ate breakfast at a little 50's Coffee Shop, stopped for sunscreen and a bucket and headed for the beach. I love the beach!!! I beach combed, walked on the seashore and then I took some great photos. We had another fun in the sun day!!!
