The nights have been cold with the temperatures dropping in the mid to high 30's and I have been worried about my tomatoes freezing so I picked the rest of the green ones today. I am making salsa verde with them. I also picked all of my chili peppers. I will cook them both up with some garlics, salt, onions, cilantro and lime juice and then "Put it up". To all of you youngsters that means can it...or preserve it!
