Snow Flaked Diamonds
Standing in an icy meadow.
The sun sparkling off the snow.
Tree limbs bending.
Toppled with heavy snow.
Marking my way through the frost.
Being careful as to not get lost.
My cheeks rosy,
From the bitter cold.
Trudging onwards
Carrying my load.
My breath heavy
In the air.
A few more feet
And I'll be there.

It is so pretty here today!! It snowed even more last night.
