Our flight to San Diego was a good one. When we landed we took the shuttle to pick up our car and then headed to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods to pick up a few groceries and drinks. We rested a bit and then my daughter and her hubby came and picked us up to take us to a taco shop. In fact it was the same taco shop that the show "Man Versus Food" ate at. It is called the Lucia Libra Taco Shop. The walls are  decorated with lots of photos of Mexican wrestlers, a collection of masks and a Championship Belt. There is a Giant Gold Booth that sits in the corner that only VIP can sit in with reservations. My daughter had made the reservations and when we got there she had to tell them a "Secret" password to claim the booth. The food was amazing. It was fun being a VIP!!!!!

Happy Anniversary to Larry and Me!!!

Today is our anniversary of 14 years! We are celebrating by going to San Diego!!!! We love San Diego!! I will post some of our fun in the sun vacation to share with everyone!!  Love ya Lar!!!

Snow Flaked Diamonds

Standing in an icy meadow.

Being careful as to not get lost.

My cheeks rosy,

From the bitter cold.

It is so pretty here today!! It snowed even more last night.

Okay.....I went for a walk out in the Winter Wonderland behind where I live. It was GREAT!!! I bundled up like an Eskimo....really....I could hardly walk I had so much on. :)  I just have to share these photos.

Okay, I will admit I am a little obsessed with the snow!! Hey....I am a California girl!!!! So living where it snows is a BIG deal to me. Here are a few more GREAT photos of our back forty!!! Everyday it gets prettier and prettier. It snowed a whole lot more last night. Love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It snowed today!! Not that much but more than yesterday. I picked up my youngest granddaughter and we went to the park. We hiked back into the woods. She called it an adventure. It was indeed. We saw beautiful ferns dusted with snow and pine trees with their tips dotted with snowflakes. She was the leader and Nana had to hoof it to keep up!!!! She made snow angels and we threw pinecones into the creek. It was very refreshing to breathe the crisp air as we crunched around in the icy field.
